We just rented a 20 x 8 standard unit from Valtran and the experience was fantastic! Valerie in the home office was exceedingly helpful and patient as she answered all my questions and concerns. Carlos was our delivery driver and he was terrific. He went above and beyond in making sure we were satisfied with the container and the location. If anyone needs to rent a storage container, Valtran is the place to call.
Carlos did a fantastic job of delivering our container down a very challenging 500 foot driveway. He carefully prepared the ground for deposit, all with a smile and pleasant attitude. My only suggestion would be to make sure the customer knows how to open the container before leaving! 😊
We just took delivery of a 20 ft container from Valtran. The unit is modern and clean and in great shape. Our delivery driver is Carlos. He was a great communicator throughout. He happily accommodated a tricky delivery location and did an outstanding job for us. We are starting a renovation and hope it all goes as smoothly as this first step! Great job Carlos!
